Sausage and Potato Skillet

  • 1 lb baby yukon red potatoes(chopped)

  • 1 pack of Italian Sausage (I used bratwursts)

  • 1 medium onion (sliced)

  • 1 medium red pepper (sliced)

  • 1 medium yellow pepper (sliced)

  • 1 1/2 cups of broccoli florets

  • Armanda”s Kuisine All purpose Seasoning to your liking

  • 1 tbsp Armanda’s Kuisine Rosemary Citrus Garlic Citrus Blend

  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic

• 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • salt and pepper to taste



Instructions


  1. In a bowl, mix potatoes, Armanda‘s Kuisine all purpose seasoning, and 1 tbsp olive oil.Coat well.

  2. Heat a skillet on medium high heat. Add butter and 2 tbsp olive oil. Heat until bubbly.

  3. Add potatoes. Continue to cook, stirring often, until potatoes develop brown crust Or until softened to your desire. Add minced garlic, and salt, and pepper to your liking.

  4. In a separate bowl, add olive oil and Armanda’s Kuisine Rosemary Garlic Citrus Blend to your onion and peppers mix. Coat well. Add peppers, onions, and broccoli to your potatoes. Saute until onions are semi translucent, about 5-7 minutes.

  5. While Potatoes broccoli,and Pepper mix are sautéing, place your bratwursts in the air fryer. Set at 360. Cook time is 12 minutes. Flip them over half way through.

  6. Once they’re done, slice diagonally down the middle, place on top of potato and onion mixture, and enjoy!
